Refund policy

At PRAVYA PRIOR, all products are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure the best quality experience for our customers.
We do not offer any return, refund, or exchange on orders once placed. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, an unboxing video recorded from the start without any cuts or pauses is mandatory for verification. After proper review of the video evidence, our team will take the necessary action accordingly.
Claims made without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

If parcel is confirmed as lost due to the delivery partner, after they complete their investigation and accept responsibility, the 40% of the order value will be refunded, or the ordered item may be replaced subject to availability with delivery charges.
